Absolutely nothing. We offer free, no-obligation home surveys for all kitchen, bathroom, and media wall projects. It’s a chance for us to understand your space and ideas—without any pressure to commit.
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Leeds and cover the entire West Yorkshire region, including Wakefield, Bradford, Harrogate, Otley, Wetherby, and surrounding areas. Not sure if you're in our area? Just give us a call.
Do you offer supply-only services?
Yes. While most clients choose our full design, supply, and installation package, we also offer a design and supply-only service if you have your own trusted installer. You still get the same expert advice, product options, and layout support.
Can you work to my budget?
Yes. During your consultation, we’ll talk through your budget and help you make informed choices around design and materials. We offer a range of product options—from value-driven to luxury finishes—without compromising quality.
What’s included in your quote?
Our quotes are fully itemised and transparent. You’ll receive:
- A fixed price for the full project
- Breakdown of labour, materials, and products
- Clear timeline and installation plan
- Warranty information and aftercare
- There are no hidden extras, and what we quote is what you pay—unless you request changes mid-project.
How long will my project take?
- Kitchen installations usually take 2–3 weeks
- Bathrooms typically take 10–15 days
- Media walls take around 5–10 days
We’ll give you a personalised project schedule during your proposal, based on your space and requirements.
Do I need to prepare anything before work starts?
No—we take care of it all. This includes:
- Removal of old units and waste disposal
- Protecting floors and access points
- Coordinating all required trades (plumbing, electrics, tiling, etc.)
- Keeping you updated on progress
We'll also advise if there’s anything specific to prepare before we begin, such as clearing out storage or parking access.
What’s your warranty?
All of our installations come with a 3-year workmanship warranty. Most of the products we supply also include manufacturer warranties of 5–20 years depending on the brand. We only install items we trust—no cut corners.
What if I don’t know what I want?
That’s exactly why we’re here. Our designers will guide you with:

You don’t need to have it all figured out—we’ll help you shape your vision step by step.
Can I choose my own products?
Yes—within reason. We offer a carefully selected product range to ensure quality and compatibility with our installation standards. However, if you’ve seen something specific you love, we’ll do our best to source or integrate it into your design (subject to inspection).
What if something goes wrong after installation?
We stand by our work. If anything covered under warranty needs attention, just call us and we’ll resolve it quickly. Our aftercare support is responsive and straightforward—no frustrating wait times or pass-the-buck responses.
